All payments shall be handled in the currency in which the purchase is fulfilled.

Delivery & shipping

1. Order placed before 16h will be sent the same day, unless the ordered product is temperate out of stock. 

2. Your order will be dispatched by DPD, Post or TNT. Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries shall take place within 2 to 5 working days to the delivery, depending on the method of shipment selected and the place of delivery.

3. Costs, which are incurred due to incorrect address information may be passed on to the Customer. Silkmood shall not be liable for delays or other disadvantages to the Customer, which result from an incorrect address.

4.  Silkmood shall notify the Customer immediately in the case of corresponding delivery problems. In the case of a withdrawal by Silkmood, the Customer will be reimbursed the effected payments immediately.  

Shipping cost

Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days) £5.95 per order; free delivery for order more than £69.

Next Day Delivery (Next working day) £12 per order
